Our Process

Your journey with Crooked Oak begins with an in-home design consultation. We get to know what is important to you and how we can help you overcome any of your space or storage challenges. We’ll explain the whole process and show you samples and additional pictures from our portfolio. At your home, we take measurements on the spot.

Next, our CAD design experts develop three 3-D drawings of your space that are visually accurate. You’ll have a chance to make changes and receive an image of the design demonstrating exactly how it will look when we’re finished. You will also review and approve our formal proposal. We then work with you to choose what type of woods or laminates you’d like to use, as well as help you choose colors/stains, accessories, hardware, etc. There are limitless options when it comes to creating the custom closet or storage space of your dreams.

From there, the design will begin to materialize in the production stage. The entire process – from start to finish – is designed, created, manufactured, and installed by us. Our quality is unmatched because we control every step of the process.

We’ll work with you to arrive at a convenient installation start date. Typically installation will take 1-4 weeks to complete, depending on the project’s complexity. We pride ourselves on being very efficient and excessively tidy throughout the installation process, and on executing the design to your vision exactly – down to the last detail.

After the installation is complete, we’re always on-hand to answer any remaining questions, or to make any necessary changes or additions once you’ve begun to live with your new product. We’re just a phone call or e-mail away!
